The SUE team performed research and analysis necessary to prepare and present the Key Biscayne Undergrounding Feasibility Study. This included assessing potential variables impacting the anticipated undergrounding of the Village’s overhead utility infrastructure. The study included financial assessments and projections, utility cost, project duration, phasing, and the presentation of the project advantages and challenges, as well as all findings and recommendations to move the project forward.
