The Cinquez Fire Station project in Jupiter, Florida, represents a collaborative effort between the Town of Jupiter and WGI to develop a state-of-the-art fire station while preserving the integrity of Cinquez Park. The project spans a 13.08-acre site and features a two-story building. WGI’s scope included planning, architectural design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and transportation solutions. The firm’s contributions enabled critical milestones, including site plan and council approvals, pre-application acceptance by FDOT, and a Request for Proposal (RFP) issuance. Throughout the project, WGI prioritized minimal disruption to park features like dog park areas and engaged with stakeholders to ensure the design met community expectations.

One of the project’s key achievements was completing the Design and Construction Criteria Package (DCCP) within a tight timeline, allowing the Town of Jupiter to proceed with design and construction as planned. The package detailed stormwater management systems, utility distribution, ADA-compliant site grading, and a robust vehicular paving system to support fire station operations. By coordinating with agencies such as FDOT, South Florida Water Management District, and the Loxahatchee River District, WGI ensured the project adhered to regulatory standards.
