Project Description
The Tyndall at Robertson Hill is a six-story multifamily project located on 1.6 acres at 800 Embassy Drive just east of downtown Austin, Texas.
The development, designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, consists of 182 condo units, on top of 273 structured parking spaces.
WGI was responsible for both the Civil engineering and the MEP engineering services for the project, which included due diligence, grading, utility, and drainage design, HVAC and plumbing design, electrical and lighting design, regulatory permitting, and construction administration.
The project was completed in 2018.
