Wantman Group, Inc. (WGI) is pleased to announce its selection to provide civil engineering, surveying and construction administration for the Sinai Residences Continuing Care facility in Boca Raton. The 39-acre project includes independent, assisted, memory care and skilled nursing facilities, along with a full-service spa, swimming pool, movie theatre, art studio, fitness center and many other amenities.

The Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County is building the $250 million Sinai Residences on the north side of its headquarters at Glades Road and State Road 7 in Boca Raton. The new continuing care retirement community is expected to open in late 2015 and will be managed by Life Care Services.
