WGI’s Dylan Albergo was recently elected president of the ASCE West Coast Branch Younger Member Group.

dylan_asce_pres.jpgThe American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) Younger Member Groups have a host of responsibilities toward its members. As president, Dylan will lead with the transition of members of the Younger Member Group to Section/Branch members, help provide training for future Section/Branch leaders, bring together Younger Members on topiccs of mutual interest, aid in the encouragement of new members to get involved by providing programs specifically targeted toward those Younger Members’ career stages, help provide a forum for younger members to express their views and ideas about the Society and Section/Branch matters, and support Student chapters by providing a bridge into active Society participation.
