Project Details

Centrally located in the Jackson Loft Corridor District, Capitol Hill Lofts is a 90-unit loft condominium complex. Its 62-space parking structure provides parking for residents of Capitol Hill Lofts. WGI utilized an integrated project delivery system to streamline the design and construction of the condominiums and parking structure. Planters and landscape materials are used throughout the facility to meet the City of Chicago’s aesthetic requirements.

Project Highlights:

• Single supported-level parking structure
• Two-way traffic
• Secured parking at lower level
• Direct connection into condominiums at basement level
• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete structural system
