WGI is working with Gray Street Partners and Gensler to develop a 19-story vertical mixed use building to include retail, parking, office, and hotel uses. This project is an urban infill project which requires a significant amount of utility and city coordination to determine location and capacity of existing utilities as well as access to the site. WGI is working closely with CPS Energy on the relocation and burial of overhead power lines as well as alternate forms of permanent power service design to minimize impact to a constrained site.

WGI is also working with City of San Antonio staff to coordinate the proposed 2017 Bond improvements to Broadway to ensure compatibility with the project design. Services included platting, zoning support, utility coordination, site design, permitting coordination and ultimately construction phase services.
