Located on a core transit corridor in the heart of South Austin, Texas, 2010 South Lamar provides creative office and retail space into an already robust and eclectic mixed-use environment.
The building, designed by Sixthriver Architects, includes 74,000 rentable square feet of space along with features like a central atrium, balconies, shared roof terrace, courtyard, and dog park. In addition, the project includes fitness, showers, and on-site bicycle storage and repair facilities.
2010 South Lamar is being developed by Sackman Austin and is currently under construction. WGI provided Civil and MEP engineering, permitting, and construction administration services for the project.
