The 210 North Wells mixed-use high-rise development is located in the heart of the Chicago Loop. This LEED certified, 44-story apartment tower includes 330 high-end apartments, 550 stalls of parking, and retail space at grade level.
The 10-story parking structure will serve both residential and commercial drivers. The parking facility is designed with a fully automated access and revenue control system, energy efficient lighting and a state-of-the-art graphics and wayfinding system.
