2700 E. 5th Street Office is a 110,000-square-foot mixed-use project with a 400-car structured garage in the East Austin area. This unique project is positioned between the rapidly developing 5th Street and Austin light rail system, creating an interesting and engaging shape for the project. The project will bring additional class ‘A’ office space to a changing east side area, continuing the expansion of walkability and connectivity. WGI provided MEP engineering services for the project.
