This project is the expansion of an existing 20,000 square foot warehouse on a 3-acre site in northwest Austin, Texas. The client, a firm that provides pipeline infrastructure compliance and monitoring services to the oil and gas industry, needed to expand its warehouse to accommodate their growing operation.
WGI performed the civil engineering for the expansion, prepared the site plan construction documents, and performed the site permitting. The project was completed in 2017.
