The Fulton Center was built by the ASU Foundation and is home of the ASU Foundation, university administration and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences administration. A landscaped plaza in between the office building and the 1,204-space parking structure takes on the look and feel of a desert canyon. A retail component occupies approximately 15,400-square-feet of the parking structure.
The Fulton Center was the first ASU building to be certified through the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™.
