The AutoNation Champion Toyota dealership is located on a ten acre site in south Austin, Texas. WGI was responsible for the civil engineering design and project coordination for the new 60,000 square-foot service building and lube center. Other services included land subdivision, subdivision improvements, off-site utility upgrades, and site development permitting.
