Project Details

The Baylor Scott & White Clinic – Pflugerville Central project consists of a 13,000+ square-foot primary care clinic that provides family care and physical therapy services. The facility also includes 12 exam rooms, radiological services, treatment rooms, and an on-site laboratory.

WGI was responsible for the preliminary feasibility study as well as preparation of the site development construction documents and subdivision platting. Additionally, WGI led the review and permitting phase of the project, including close coordination with City of Pflugerville staff to obtain a site development permit in just under 2 months.
