Blossom Trail is a 33-acre residential development along Haverhill Road in the City of Greenacres. The development is comprised of 76 zero-lot line homes and 154 townhomes for a total of 230 dwelling units. Blossom Trail offers a variety of architectural styles with four single-family home styles and four townhome layouts.
As the subject site was newly annexed from unincorporated Palm Beach County into the City of Greenacres, WGI requested and achieved a comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning to match the City of Greenacres’ designation, and to permit the desired development program. Additionally, WGI was able to receive approval for a special exception for a planned unit development designation together with the construction package for the development.
