This free-standing precast concrete parking structure was built on the site of an existing city-owned parking lot to serve increased ridership at an adjacent train station. The architecture of the 468-space parking structure complements that of the train station and the “village center” feel of the downtown area with a façade comprised of precast panels using form liners and thin brick. This accelerated the construction schedule by minimizing the number of field-laid bricks.
