Working with Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, Florida and architect Peacock and Lewis, WGI’s Land Design Services Division developed plans for a 30,000 square-foot clubhouse expansion, renovated fitness center, and a new 5,000 square-foot poolside bistro. The highlight of the project was the development of a new amenity filled resort complex complete with 3 pools, beach entry, swim-in rock grotto, interactive water feature and slide for kids. 

In the early stages of the project, WGI developed the overall site plan and navigated the project through the zoning approval process with the City of Boca Raton. Following site plan approval, we engaged in the design development and construction document phase for all exterior spaces including the new resort complex. Attention to detail was critical in creating a tropical resort environment for the residents and guests of the community to enjoy. Services provided by WGI included site planning, landscape, hardscape, lighting, and irrigation design, traffic engineering and environmental services.
