Burnet Flats is a mixed-use development with 179 units located at 5453 Burnet Rd in Austin, Texas.Â
The project contains 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and was developed by Ardent Residential and designed by Looney Ricks Kiss Architects.Â
Amenities include a clubroom and sky lounge with spectacular views of the University of Texas, downtown Austin, and the hill country. WGI was responsible for the MEP design of all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Â
The project was completed in 2014.
