The Burnet Marketplace project is a 343-unit, 23,000-SF commercial retail vertical mixed use development located in Austin, Texas. WGI was both the civil engineer and MEP consultant for this project.
Due to the dense architectural program of this project, WGI incorporated multiple rain garden basins into the project to satisfy the requirements of the City of Austin water quality requirements as well as provide an aesthetically pleasing feature in areas of high pedestrian activity. Additional services provided by WGI associated with this project included the design of all grading, drainage and utility systems as well as the management of the site development and demolition permitting.
