This four-story 212-space parking structure was designed and built for residents and visitors to Camden Dilworth, an upscale apartment complex located in the hip Dilworth neighborhood. As a unique amenity, an outdoor garden area equipped with a fireplace and grill was created on an elevated terrace with a breathtaking view of downtown Charlotte that is otherwise restricted due to dense wooded areas surrounding the units.
