Ocean Reef Club, a private membership club in Key Largo, Florida, recently constructed an addition to their town hall facility. As the design team, WGI provided preliminary and final civil engineering which included site layout, paving and water distribution, waste water collection and lift station design and upsizing modifications, as well as, landscape architecture services.
In addition, WGI supplied permitting phase services and construction administration for Ocean Reef Club. Permitting services included preparing, submitting and obtaining permits from the governing regulatory agencies, including Monroe County, Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority and North Key Largo Utility Corporation.
