WGI was retained by Catalyst Development Company to develop parking functional design and entire building structural engineering for a new $70 million, seven-story mixed-use building in downtown Kalamazoo, located across from the Arcadia Creek Festival site.
The mixed-use development includes 290,000 square feet of office and residential space, along with a four-level structured parking podium.
The Kalamazoo Promise®, Communities In Schools®, Southwest Michigan First, and Warner Norcross + Judd, LLP plan to relocate their local headquarters to the building.
