The City of Asheville engaged WGI to assist with developing PARC’s equipment specifications and the subsequent PARC’s Request for Proposal (RFP). This project’s main goal was to provide an analysis of PARC’s alternatives and recommend the best possible system to meet the city’s PARC’s needs.
Following the development and issuance of system specifications and the PARCs RFP, WGI was involved in the proposal evaluation and vendor selection process.
