Located in historic downtown Stillwater, this 296-space parking structure provides needed parking for the downtown community and summer events. The site is nestled in the hillside near valuable property that contributes to the city’s federally listed downtown historic district. Special care was taken in designing the parking structure’s façade to integrate it into the existing 19th-century surroundings.
The parking structure serves patrons of the Lowell Inn, tourism to historic downtown, employees of local establishments and visitors to Trinity Church. An elevated ramp connects the upper parking level with 3rd Street.

• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete long-span construction with a driven pipe pile foundation system
• Glass-backed elevators and glass-enclosed stair towers for enhanced visibility and security
• Automated pay stations provide a cashier-less parking control system to accommodate both hourly and contract parkers
