Domain 8 is a 12-story class “A” podium-style office building in the Domain area of north Austin.
Located at 11601 Alterra Parkway, the office building was designed by Nelsen Partners and consists of nearly 300,000 square feet of rentable office space along with a four story structured parking garage.
Services provided by WGI include due diligence, civil engineering design, regulatory permitting, zoning cases, utility and drainage design, and construction administration.
Completed in 2016, Domain 8 was The Domain’s first true large-scale office tower. It is within walking distance of Whole Foods Market, dining, shopping areas.
