The Domain Tower is an eleven-story, 310,000 square-foot Class “A” office development project located on the southeast perimeter of the Domain development in north Austin.
Developed by HPI Real Estate Services, this state of the art building will feature a rooftop terrace, an outdoor “social patio”, and space designated for visiting food trailers.
A 612,600 SF structured parking garage with over 2,300 parking spaces will also be constructed to serve this project and the adjacent IBM 45 building.
WGI served as the project’s civil engineer. The project was completed in 2018 and the entire building is currently leased to Indeed.com.
