Eisemann Center Parking Structure

Project Details

The Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts is a performance hall known locally as the “Eisemann Center.” This 750-space parking structure provides patrons with direct access to the Eisemann Center, the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel and Galatyn Park.

Project Highlights

• Three-bay single helix with one-way traffic
• Two-way traffic in center ramp
• Glass-enclosed stair towers and elevator towers for passive security and pedestrian access to the performing arts center
• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete
• Exterior precast concrete panels to match the look of the Eisemann Center and nearby corporate buildings
