Emory University Hospital Midtown, formerly Emory Crawford Long Hospital, is a 511-bed teaching hospital located in Atlanta and affiliated with Emory University.
This 1,165-space parking structure was initially procured by Emory Crawford Long Hospital. It was ultimately delivered by a private corporation as part of a land and building exchange that met the General Services Administration (GSA) federal standards, providing parking for both the hospital and government workers in adjacent office facilities. Upon completion of the structure, it was immediately exchanged for a similar parking structure already owned by the GSA.
