WGI was awarded two environmental services contracts by St. Lucie County. WGI has held the “Phase I and Phase II ESA” contracts since 2019. This three-year contract, which includes two one-year extension options, has been renewed for both additional years. In addition, the County has selected us three consecutive times when the contract must go to bid. WGI has held the “General Environmental” contract since January 2020. This is a five-year contract. We have primarily provided the County with contamination services, including many Phase I ESAs as part of property and easement acquisitions and several Phase II ESAs as required. We have also completed US Department of Housing and Urban Development Part 58 Environmental Assessments for the County for numerous sites to help secure grant funding.
