WGI was responsible for all planning, surveying, landscape architecture, design and bid document preparation efforts for this neighborhood “pocket” park. Services provided included a boundary and topographic survey, preparation of three separate conceptual designs and cost estimates, final design plans and specifications, park playground and furnishing selection, irrigation design and preparation of cost estimates and final bid and close-out documents.
