Great America Tower at Queen City Square

Client:
Eagle Realty Group
Market:
Parking
Location:
Cincinnati, Ohio

Project Details

At 41 stories high, the $322 million 800,000-square-foot Great American Tower at Queen City Square is the tallest skyscraper in greater Cincinnati. The skyscraper has a modern façade of glass and aluminum and is topped with a distinctive crown that was inspired by Diana, Princess of Wales’ tiara. The skyscraper’s headdress i illuminated with accent lighting in the upper levels.

The skyscraper features a partially below-grade parking structure that is functionally integrated with the first phase parking structure, bringing the total number of parking spaces to 2,260. The garage has entrances and exits from all four bordering streets, providing ingress to and egress from three different levels and optimal convenience for drivers by minimizing delays upon entering or exiting. Due to the slope of the site, three levels on the low side and six levels on the high side are underground.

Description:

• Three-story retail promenade
• Interior bicycle parking provided
• Project expected to receive LEED Gold certification
