Hotel Eleven is located at 1123 East 11th Street in East Austin. The boutique hotel has 14 rooms and was designed by Dick Clark + Associates Architecture. It covers 6,926 square feet which includes a cafe space, rooftop deck, outdoor patio, and courtyard. The hotel is located within walking distance to East Austin hot spots, downtown, the Capitol building, and the University of Texas.
WGI provided engineering services for the project, including due diligence, civil engineering design and site development permitting, and construction
administration. Hotel Eleven opened to guests in 2016.
