Hotel Indigo is located in downtown Austin’s dynamic Red River Cultural District and was designed by MCS Architects, LLC. The building hosts two separate hotels – Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express.
The building is ten stories with 300 rooms combined between both hotels, and sits atop three levels of parking. It covers 283,000 square-feet, which include a restaurant and office space.
WGI provided MEP engineering services for this project which consist of mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, construction documents, regulatory permitting and construction administration.
