WGI provided multi-disciplinary services for an infill development project featuring 59 single-family detached homes. Hunters Manor is located in the Northwest Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Area. Achieving the CRA’s goals required a rezoning to a Planned Development and approval of a Site Plan. Following community outreach events and presentations, WGI received approval from the City to develop the community, which is projected to begin construction in September 2023.
