WGI performed an evaluation of the parking structure to identify deterioration and damage to the concrete structure and waterproofing systems. The parking structure exhibited delaminations at various structural components: slabs, beams, columns, curbs, and walls. Joint sealants and expansion joints throughout the structure exhibited signs of distress.Â
