Project Details

WGI performed an evaluation of the parking structure to identify deterioration and damage to the concrete structure and waterproofing systems. The parking structure exhibited delaminations at various structural components: slabs, beams, columns, curbs, and walls. Joint sealants and expansion joints throughout the structure exhibited signs of distress. 

WGI provided evaluation and construction documents on a very tight schedule.
