This facility integrates parking for employees of Park City’s Public Works Dept. with transit bus storage/maintenance into a single building. Parking for 86 personal and city-owned vehicles is provided on the roof level of the building; 38 full-size and para-transit buses are housed at the ground level. The building is uniquely shaped to accommodate the required number of buses within the extremely congested footprint.
