Located in the seaside town of Portland, this medical office building and 421-space parking structure were constructed to meet the needs of the adjacent Maine Medical Center. Approximately half of the parking is designated for hospital employees, while the remainder is available to patients, visitors, and staff of the medical office building.

• Skybridge connector provides safe passage over a busy downtown street
• Cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete structure with architectural precast spandrels
• Two precast concrete stair towers with brick cladding and standing-seam metal roof
