Maravilla at the Domain is a 370,000 square foot senior living campus for residents age 62 and older. It includes a total of 230 independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences along with underground parking, courtyards, and a swimming pool.
The 3.77-acre site is located at in the Domain development in north Austin, Texas. The community is comprised of a 6-story, 6-story, and an 11-story tower.
WGI provided civil engineering, site development permitting, and construction administration services for the project, which was completed in 2019.
