Merchandise Mart is the world’s largest commercial building. It spans two city blocks and rises 25 stories. The Mart manages over 2,000 parking spaces, including those in the Mart Parc Wells parking structure. The roof level of this state-of-the-art 747-space parking structure includes a swimming pool, spa and landscaped terrace for tenants of the adjacent 30-story residential tower.
Mart Parc Wells is the first garage to incorporate the Chicago Dept. of Planning and Development’s new architectural standards for garages.

• State-of-the-art hands-free monthly patron access, credit card in/out capabilities and pay-on-foot cashiering
• Painted spandrels and column covers with green tinted ribbon windows and vertical aluminum metal elements detail the façade
