Project Details

Recognizing the need for specialty medical office building space in a fast-growing community just east of Austin, Arise Capital Management tapped WGI to assist with the development of the Medical Towers at Shadowglen project in Manor, Texas.

The state of the art facility is 36,000 square-feet and provides premiere medical space for 8 private medical practices.

A wide range of medical services are provided in the development, including an imaging and breast center, sports medicine and rehabilitation, wound care and hypervaric center, neurology clinic, cardiovascular, pain clinic, compounding pharmacy and comprehensive ears, nose and throat specialist.
