Morgan Levy Park Upgrades

WGI provided architectural, engineering, and survey services for the design upgrades to Morgan Levy Park. Survey services included preparation of a topographic survey of Morgan Levy Park. The survey captured locations of underground and overhead utilities, footprint of existing building structures, finished floor elevations, storm drainage features, sanitary sewer features, type/height of walls and fences, parking spaces, an outline of landscaped areas, and tree/shrub inventory. Civil engineering services included preparing paving/grading plans and ADA features. The project also included architectural and MEP engineering services for the design of an addition to add a break area, storage, and office area to the existing clubhouse building.

• The City successfully expanded operations and event space for this site, which local residents heavily utilize.
