The Mosaic Village parking structure is part of the Mosaic Village mixed-use facility developed for Johnson C. Smith University. The development consists of residential apartments, retail space and a courtyard. The facility provides parking for residential students and retail customers.
A fifth-level green roof, along with its amenities area, provides a place for students to relax with a spectacular view of downtown Charlotte. The green roof will also be used for private functions.
