This project involved a two-level, 355-space vertical expansion of the original four level parking structure designed by WGI. The original parking structure was the first precast parking structure for the medical center and only the second precast structure to be built in Anniston.
The original parking structure was constructed to serve an adjacent medical office building. The expansion, which serves hospital employees, was added later to support a hospital wing addition.
• The parking structure expansion complements the façade of the adjacent medical office building
• Parking is conveniently located on matching floors with the adjacent building, permitting easy access to both the office tower and city streets
• 111,620-square-feet was added to the original parking structure
