Orlando Premium Outlets-International Drive is an outdoor outlet mall in Orlando, Florida. The sprawling complex has two components: The main center and its separate Outlet Marketplace Center with 20 stores. The parking deck at Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is a four-tier, four-bay precast concrete structure. The functional design incorporates angled parking, with one-way circulation and two internal parking ramps. The facility has three stair towers for pedestrian egress and one elevator at the existing northeast corner.
WGI participated in the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets parking deck’s original design and provided design and consulting services for the two-level horizontal expansion. The garage’s third and fourth levels were expanded to the north, spanning over the detention pond. The expansion provided approximately 275 parking spaces for the larger scenario.
