Parkview West

Parkview West is located in the River East Development district. This multi-family residential condominium building is a 48-story glass and copper building located next to a new public park. Below the parking space is a three-level, 900-space parking structure constructed of long-span cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete. The parking structure provides spaces for residents, as well as public spaces for nearby businesses and the Navy Pier complex to the east. The parking structure is designed with fully automated access and revenue control system, energyefficient lighting, and a state-of-the-art graphics and wayfinding system.
