Project Details

Located adjacent to the Porter County Administration Center, this parking structure provides parking for county employees and patrons of the county administration offices and the nearby Porter County Courthouse.

Project Highlights:

• Two-bay single helix with two-way traffic
• Enclosed stair tower in octagonal-shaped rotunda connects the parking structure with the administration center
• Elevator in the administration center and an open stairwell in the southwest corner of the parking structure
• Precast/prestressed concrete framing system
• Architectural precast concrete facade panels
