Possum Long Nature Center is a preserved area with an upland forest and freshwater habitats. WGI helped enhance the habitat to attract more significant number of birds and a greater diversity of bird species. WGI researched hundreds of previous bird surveys to assess past usage of the site by birds, conducted field inspections, and prepared recommendations for habitat enhancement.
