This 667-space parking structure provides additional parking for the city’s active River Market District, which consists of the Museum of Discovery, shops, restaurants and access to the scenic Arkansas River. The parking structure was designed in conjunction with an adjacent 14-level, multi-use building development that includes a Marriott Courtyard Hotel, condominiums, office lease space and first-level restaurant and banking. The parking structure is also located in close proximity to the William J. Clinton Presidential Library & Museum and Interstate Highway 30.
