Lincoln Station is the terminus along the Regional Transportation District’s (RTD) southeast corridor. The 2,034-space parking structure at Lincoln Station is one of the RTD’s park-and-ride facilities providing free parking as part of the southeast bus and light-rail system. WGI designed a two-level vertical expansion of the parking structure to accommodate the RTD’s growing number of passengers.
• Covered pedestrian bridge links the west side of I-25 with the east side at San Luis Street where call-and-ride service is available
• Large mixed-use development adjacent to the parking structure
• Three bays, two-way traffic, and 90-degree parking
• Interior of the structure is open, promoting visibility
• Stair/elevator at the southeast corner has a design feature that integrates the garage into the RTD’s master plan
