Located within the main retail district in downtown Moline, this cast-in-place posttensioned, multi-level structure on Sixth Avenue provides 460 spaces for both visitor and workforce parking. Unique stair towers and exterior metal screens, as well as field laid brick, provide for an aesthetically pleasing parking facility.
